Payment Options 
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. To establish an open account, our credit application should be completed in full, signed by an officer of the company and emailed to our credit department, [email protected] for processing. Please allow 3-5 days for approval. Customers with an open account are Net 20 days from date of invoice on all catalog products. Late payments accrue interest at the legal rate of 10% per annum. Event Horizon, at its sole discretion and without notice, may revoke credit accounts that are in arrears.  Irrespective of account status, all custom orders require 50% deposit before production with the balance due prior to shipping. Changes regarding payment terms can only be made through our credit department.


Specification Drawings
The specification drawings are provided to help give a general idea of the dimensions of the parts.  If you need a dimension not shown, or more specific information, please contact our customer service department for help.


Change orders
Event Horizon will make every effort to accommodate your request, but our ability to change an order depends on our ability to accommodate the specification, terms and status of the order in production, and may be subjected to additional charges for labor, material and any other costs involved.


Custom Orders and Product Modification
Event Horizon specializes in custom capabilities and product modifications. We will make every effort to meet your needs and requirements. Let us provide you with a formal quotation. Please call our Quotation Department at 888-801-4189,   or email: [email protected]

 

Colors 
The color photographs of products and color swatches shown on this website may not exactly match the actual color of the product. If you need to confirm a color, please call and we will send a color sample for approval.


Cancellations
Event Horizon accepts the cancellation of an order by written request only via email or fax within (24) hours of the original order.


Returns
We accept returns within (10) days of delivery providing you submit a written request via email or fax . Custom-made products are “made to order” and cannot be returned. However, if Event Horizon has shipped an incorrect product or the product has a manufacturer's defect, a written Return Authorization Number must be issued by Event Horizon. Our first priority is to repair or replace the product in question as expeditiously as possible. Event Horizon will not accept any charges for repairs, replacements, installation, delivery charges, nor allow any deductions from invoices without prior written authorization. Event Horizon reserves the right to ask for a digital photo of the product in question prior to issuing a Return Authorization Number. Any merchandise returning to Event Horizon under a Return Authorization Number must be wrapped and boxed in the product's original packaging material and shipped to Vendor Location, insured and freight prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted. Any returns received damaged are subject to fees if not packaged properly. Please be sure to include all original accessories, to assure proper credit.

Limited Warranty
All Event Horizon products are guaranteed against defect under the Express Warranties granted by our manufacturers for periods ranging from one (1) to ten (10) years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Event Horizon will replace or repair, at our discretion, without cost to our customers, any item found to be defective as a result of defective material or workmanship. We will not, however, repair any item that has been abused or subjected to any use other than what was originally intended for the product. Any repairs by the customer must receive specific written authorization from Event Horizon before being executed on location to receive proper reimbursement for the associated costs. Event Horizon does not cover labor or the installation cost for warranty repair or replacement products.  Event Horizon specifically excludes “implied warranties” of any type, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for an intended use.


Resale Orders                 
All shipments to California addresses are subject to California sales tax.  Clients holding valid California Resale Certificates, and who are purchasing with the intent of reselling our products, are tax exempt.
If your resale certificate is on file with us just click the link during checkout that indicates your tax status, and tax will be removed from your order upon verification.
To register your Resale Certificate, please fill out the EH order form and fax it to 858-673-1371 .
